At Geologie, we want you to love your skin and your results; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your products in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
